By selecting 'YES' and submitting the application form, I agree to the use of my personal data for information purposes related to the Maribor Swing Festival and other Zavod MSF events and activities. By confirming my consent, I declare that I am older than 16 years of age and that the information given is true and credible.
I am acquainted with the following:
- in accordance with Article 7/3 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: The General Data Protection Regulation), every data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.
- I can request a review and correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of my personal data, or I can file an objection to the processing and transferrability of my personal data, by a written notice addressed to the info@mariborswingfestival.com. The removal will be settled within 30 days of receiving notice of the request;
- I can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the case of personal data breach of the General Data Protection Regulation;
- My personal data will be processed exclusively by the Zavod MSF, Pupinova 2, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, and will not be transmitted to third parties, to which I express my explicit consent;
- the data are processed only for the purposes specified above and are stored for five years. Personal data are processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 94/2007) and the General Data Protection Regulation.
