General Tersm & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for all participants of Maribor Swing Festival 2020 (hereinafter referred to as MSF 2020), organized by the Swing dance club Plesno društvo Sving Maribor (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) and are the essential and binding part of the contract-registration between the organizer and the individual who registers to the MSF 2020.
Payment
By registering with our on-line registration form each individual is expected to pay the adequate fee within 5 days from the registration date.
Payments can be made only via wire transfers or postal UPN/SEPA payment. Direct payment by cash will be possible only on Saturday at check-in. All payment information will be send to the attendee within two days of receiving the on-line registration.
In case the registration fee has not been paid in the prescribed period, the fee prevailing on the date of payment needs to be payed. In any case it is necessary to pay before the start of the workshops.
Last day to pay on-line or UPN/SEPA is Friday 25th of May until 12:00 noon. Direct payment by cash will be possible only on Saturday 27th of May at check-in.
Changes
For the sake of a better festival experience the organizer reserves the right to change all the hours, locations, and prices for all workshops and dance evenings from the day of opening the on-line registrations and to the end of the festival.
The organizer can, in the case of improper level balance, also change the levels structure. The probability of such a change is a very small though.
In the case of a change the organizer will notify you about the changes by e-mail and by posting the information on social networks and its MSF 2020 official website.
Injuries and theft
Plesno društvo Sving Maribor will not be held responsible for any physical injuries or thefts that might occur in the time of Maribor Swing Festival 2020. Please take care of your own health, safety and property.
Photo & Video media
For the purpose of future promotion of our club, festivals and other similar events all activities at this year's festival 2020 MSF will also be photographed and video recorded.
By agreeing to the terms in this document all participants of the festival also agree to the publication of their photos and videos on our social networking websites, official club and MSF websites as on any promotional printed media, without any compensation. In a case of disagreement you may write to us asking to remove the particular media.
Code of Conduct
By signing this document all attendees are bound to behave in accordance with the general rules of conduct and with the existing Slovenian laws – all while respecting the house rules.
Valid Law and Jurisdication
Maribor Court of Justice is competent for all disputes between the clients according to Slovenian law.
Signature and agreement to general conditions
By signing or clicking on the General conditions for the attendees of the MSF 2020 at the registration via internet you state that you fully agree with the content of this document and will obey all the rules and regulations.
